Add a rule based method

Rule based methods, like carrier methods, are added to shipping zones within each product group. Click the Edit button that shows when you hover a Zone Title within a product group. ( Use the “...” on mobile to reveal the edit button ) On the next screen click the Add Method button. Choose by Items, by Weight, or by Price. Click Next Give your method a title. This title will appear as this methods title, only when products from this group is present in an order. Configure the rule Click Save.

By Items

Per Item / Additional Item This is a common rule type used by on-demand fulfillment providers. Usually the first item costs the most to ship, but subsequent items that ship in the same box cost additionally less. [Image of per item / each additional] So let’s say there are 5 products from this product group in an order. Then these products will ship for $10 x 1 + $5 x 4 = $30 If each item costs the same to ship no matter how the QTY, then put the same value in the first item and each additional item fields....
