This rule type offers a shorthand to set-up variable weight shipping prices without having to build out a long table.
So let’s say there are 5 products from this product group in an order. Then these products will ship for $20 x 1 first pound + $1 x 4 additional pounds = $24
Table Based
Item based tables allow you more flexibility in charging based on ranges of weight.
How to read the table:
- From 1 lbs to 4.99 lbs charge $5
- From 5 lbs to 9.99 lbs charge $12
- From 10 lbs to 49.99 lbs charge $20
- From 50 lbs to 99.99 lbs charge $35
- From 100 lbs and over charge $49
