Per Item / Additional Item
This is a common rule type used by on-demand fulfillment providers. Usually the first item costs the most to ship, but subsequent items that ship in the same box cost additionally less.

So let’s say there are 5 products from this product group in an order. Then these products will ship for $10 x 1 + $5 x 4 = $30
If each item costs the same to ship no matter how the QTY, then put the same value in the first item and each additional item fields.

Item based tables allow you more flexibility in charging based on item amounts.
